The hotel had exceptionally large rooms, convenient with a sink area right in the main room, though a bit of a hassle on the 6th floor. The rooms were very spacious, but I had some minor complaints.

The location was absolutely great, right on Northpoint Parkway, surrounded by restaurants and stores. Lots of activities around in a clean, safe, and pretty area.

The dining experience was a mix—lackluster at best but had one delightful surprise: the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. The grilled fish was a standout, but the eggs were quite disappointing.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were some issues like toenail clippings on the floor and a musty odor from the AC unit. The staff was not the friendliest and needs to improve efficiency in cleaning. On the upside, the location was great, near North Point Mall and lots of restaurants, and the dining options were delicious despite minor temperature issues. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, although not as modern as expected. The service was exceptional, especially with the help of Stacy during a room switch. The location was perfect for my needs and very convenient. Dining was good but could have been more varied. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, and the value for money was decent.
